No cookies are set for personalization on this site beyond those used by any analytics or advertising tools identified below.

How it is used

• To contact you by email, phone or text about opportunities that match your stated interest, where you have given consent.
• To provide real estate brokerage services through Nest Seekers International.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.

Your information is not sold, rented or traded. It is not shared with third party lead buyers.

Who it is shared with

Information may be shared with Nest Seekers International as the supervising brokerage, and with service providers used to operate the site and deliver mail, who act only on instruction. Information may also be disclosed where required by law, regulation, subpoena, or a request from the New York State Department of State.

Marketing messages and consent

Submitting the contact form with the consent box checked is your express written consent to be contacted at the phone number and email you provide, including by automated means where applicable. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or rental. You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP, and you can unsubscribe from any email by replying once or using the unsubscribe link. Opting out of marketing does not prevent replies to an active inquiry or transaction.

How long it is kept

Inquiry records are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to meet record keeping obligations that apply to licensed real estate professionals in New York. Transaction records, including the New York State Housing and Anti-Discrimination Disclosure, are retained for at least three years as required by regulation.

Security

Reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards are used to protect personal information, consistent with the New York SHIELD Act. Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Your choices

You can ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, subject to the record keeping obligations described above. Write to KevinM@nestseekers.com and the request will be handled within a reasonable period.

Residents of jurisdictions with specific privacy rights, including California, may have additional rights over access, deletion and the sharing of personal information. Those requests are handled through the same email address.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 16 and information is not knowingly collected from them.

Analytics and advertising

Where enabled, this site may use Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta pixel to measure traffic and campaign performance. These tools set their own cookies and are governed by their own privacy policies. You can limit them through your browser settings or the opt out tools those providers publish.

Fair housing
